Michelle Newman, is a highly accomplished executive coach and leadership consultant focused on helping leaders and their teams develop the capacity and mindsets to lead in today’s disruptive environment.

Michelle draws on two decades of senior executive experience, working with top talent at Disney, Fox and CBS as well as nearly a decade as an executive coach. With expertise in strategic executive coaching and high-impact workshops, she helps cultivate high-performing teams by equipping her clients with the tools and strategies they need to lead with authenticity and achieve sustainable excellence.

Her client portfolio includes executives from Fortune 500 companies such as Disney, Microsoft, Amazon, Conagra and Amcor. Through her ability to cultivate authentic and impactful relationships, Michelle has built a reputation for delivering results that inspire long-term partnerships.

A passionate advocate for personal and organizational growth, Michelle extends her influence across a variety of sectors from small businesses to community organizations leaving a lasting mark on the leaders and teams she supports.

Deeply committed to service, Michelle actively volunteers in her community. She serves as Vice President of the Xavier Mother’s Guild Board of Advisors, Vice President of Membership for the National Charity League, Moon Valley Chapter, on the Worksite Committee for Blue Zones Scottsdale Project and is a Mentor for Menttium.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Arts from Loyola Marymount University and is a certified professional through the Chopra Institute, Hogan Assessment, Hogan 360, and Hogan Teams. She is currently pursuing her ICF certification.
